Cooking is one form of art, so cooks are more focused on cooking than on cleaning. If you cook cookies or roasted vegetables, you need to be as neat and clean as possible. Here’s how to do it:

1. Hide the ingredients after use

If you have already measured the amount of flour required for a biscuit, hide it back into the locker or bunker before proceeding to add liquids or mixing. This will help not clog up the work area and maintain order in the kitchen.

2. Throw away garbage immediately

Put a piece of paper or a paper towel on the table and place vegetable cuts, egg shells, oil wrappers, dirty unwanted packages and other rubbish on it. When you finish cleaning the vegetables and treating the meat, wrap the cleaning paper and throw it into the trash can. By the way, to make this process even easier and more convenient, put a garbage bin next to you.

3. Do not postpone washing the dishes for later

Used knives, bowls, measuring rings, spoons and other dishes immediately rinse or soak in hot water. This will prevent sticking and drying food and will save you a lot of time. When food is steamed on the stove or placed in the oven, you can spend more time on the dishes. If you have a dishwasher, you are lucky. If not, you will have to wash it yourself, but you will be able to handle this quickly, as it was pre-soaked everything in hot water.

4. Use special supports

Place paddles, spoons and other items with which you check the readiness of dishes, on paper towels or special holders, so as not to lubricate them with a table or stove.

For example, a saucepan where cooked pasta is much easier to wash while it is still hot.
